D.O.: a wine from the region of Castilla y Leon.
Production: 16,250 bottles. of 0.75 litres and magnum of 1.5 litres.
Alcoholic content: 14,5 %
Variety: 100% Tempranillo from the Valley of Duero
Harvesting and processing: : The grapes are harvested from September 10th to September 26th , with yields between 20-25 hl/ha. The age of the vineyard runs between 30 and 60 years. Maceration time of 10 days with dialy pumping and punching.
Aging: 18 months in French and American oak from 1 or 2 wines. Fined with white of th egg and bottled in December 2011.
Sensory Tasting: Powerful and immediate scent with an attractive and sweet black fruit character of liquor on a smoky background. Young and serious in its development in the mouth, offering fleshy, compact and dry. Tight and ripe tannins.
Serving temperature: Between 14 and 16 ° C. Store the wine in a cool place without sudden changes in temperature
